Job summary

Linnk Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced IBM Safer Payments Specialist to implement, support, and optimize fraud prevention solutions for a leading financial institution in the Riyadh region.

Responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and maintaining IBM Safer Payments; providing production/L2-L3 support; configuring fraud rules and scoring models; supporting integrations with payment platforms, APIs, and messaging systems; and participating in UATs, upgrades, deployments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on IBM Safer Payments experience.
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection and payment processing.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and SQL.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integration.
• Understanding of ISO 8583 preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain IBM Safer Payments.
• Provide production/L2-L3 support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Configure and optimize fraud rules, scenarios, workflows, and scoring models.
• Support integrations with payment platforms, APIs, and messaging systems.
• Participate in UAT, upgrades, deployments, and post-production support.
• Perform root cause analysis and system performance monitoring.
