Job summary

DeepSource Technologies is seeking a Resident Cybersecurity Engineer to work on-site with the customer’s cybersecurity team in Riyadh. The role focuses on hands-on IAM/SSO administration (One Identity IAM, Safeguard PAM, Defender MFA, miniOrange SSO), DCS/DLP operations, and enterprise integration support.

You will coordinate with vendors, perform health checks, and document procedures while helping improve security posture in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/cybersecurity.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on administration and troubleshooting with One Identity IAM, Safeguard PAM, Defender MFA.
• Hands-on experience with miniOrange SSO and enterprise app integrations.
• Good working knowledge of DCS and DLP architecture, policies and incidents.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows, Linux, networking, certs, and auth protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Experience working directly with customer technical and cybersecurity teams.
• Clear communication, documentation, and issue management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the customer’s cybersecurity team to manage daily operations and changes.
• Administer and troubleshoot One Identity IAM, Safeguard PAM, Defender MFA, and miniOrange SSO.
• Monitor integrations with AD, applications, servers, network devices, and VPNs; investigate auth issues.
• Support user provisioning, privileged access, MFA policies, SSO integrations, and access reviews.
• Support DCS and DLP operations, including policy monitoring and incident investigation.
• Perform health checks, review logs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to resolve complex issues and track closure.
• Maintain configuration records, procedures, incident reports, and knowledge transfer docs.
• Support testing, upgrades, DR exercises, and onboarding of new apps/systems.
• Provide status updates and highlight risks and improvement opportunities to the customer.
