Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage server fleet support within a ticketing system.
• Act as the first point of contact for break-fix technicians.
• Perform physical installation and decommissioning of equipment.
• Assist with inventory and asset tracking.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams.
