Job summary

Data Services Saudi Arabia Limited One Person Company in Riyadh is hiring Data Center Engineers to join the Infrastructure Operations team. You will work on datacenter IT infrastructure, diagnosing hardware and network problems and performing repairs.

You'll troubleshoot within SLAs, conduct root cause analysis, and assist with safety practices. This role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and Saudi nationality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in computer networking, or experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles.
• Saudi National only.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
• Troubleshooting events within internal SLAs.
• Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations).
