This full-time, on-site role involves installing and maintaining server/network equipment, troubleshooting, and collaborating with engineering teams. The ideal candidate has over three years of data center operations experience, strong cabling skills, and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience
• Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems is necessary.
• Experience with vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Monitor environmental systems and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Skills

Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments

Education

Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE) - preferred

Network certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) - preferred

Tools

Experience with rack and stack operations

Experience with DCIM platforms - preferred
