Client of 2COMs is hiring Retail Salesmen for leading hypermarkets and retail stores in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on customer service, sales, product display, merchandising and stock management to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of merchandising and stock management.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates from Northeast India preferred (Siliguri and Meghalaya).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and explain product features, prices and promotions.
• Maintain product displays, shelves and store cleanliness.
• Ensure products are properly stocked, labelled and arranged.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
• Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Follow company safety, hygiene and store policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for smooth store operations.
