Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain product features, prices, and promotions to customers.
- Maintain product displays, shelves and store cleanliness.
- Ensure products are stocked, labelled, and arranged.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
- Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and store policies.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for smooth operations.
