Job summary

Marsh in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Business Development Executive to identify and acquire new clients within our partnership schemes. You will join the Sales Division and be a key player in building relationships and driving business growth.

The role offers a hybrid work model, competitive salary, commission and benefits. You will represent Marsh at conferences, research strategies, manage CRM records, and close multi-product sales proposals.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred in insurance.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive attitude with ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the country through proactive outreach and referrals via partnerships.
• Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand your professional network.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across solutions.
• Create, negotiate and close sales proposals covering our full suite of products.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system and prepare due diligence materials as needed.
