Job summary

Marsh is hiring a Lead Specialist – Transactional Services in Riyadh for Saudi Nationals. You will lead the end-to-end re-insurance broking operations, mentor the team, and drive improvement initiatives while coordinating with clients, reinsurers and business units. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week.

You will develop knowledge of service requirements within 30–90 days, and act as a technical escalation lead for processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of technical/functional insurance and reinsurance concepts, terms and contract clauses.
• SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY.
• Graduate (Commerce preferable).
• Mentor and coach to develop team colleagues; drive commitments and goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions and build relationships with Clients / Re-insurers / Brokers.
• Mentor and train team to grow technically and professionally.
• Manage assigned client portfolio and ensure timely system entry of client activity.
• Identify and implement process improvements; support change management initiatives.
• Collaborate across Compliance, Finance and other areas on sensitive topics.
