Qualifikationen

• Proven motor insurance sales or distribution experience with targets met/exceeded.
• Established relationships with dealerships, agencies, banks, or brokers.
• Strong negotiation skills for mutually beneficial terms.
• Understanding of motor insurance products, pricing, and policy issuance.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of motor insurance distribution partners.
• Identify, pitch, onboard new partners, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Own the relationship lifecycle and conduct regular business reviews.
• Drive premium volume and hit sales targets across channels and products.
