Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in analytics, revenue intelligence, BI, or commercial data roles.
• Experience in growth-stage platforms, ecosystems, or similar environments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain structured data schemas for events, sponsors, partners, and deals.
• Ensure clean and standardised data capture across events.
• Integrate CRM systems with stageOS and internal tools.
• Track pipeline stages and conversion ratios.
• Analyse time-to-close metrics and assess sponsor renewal probability.
• Map sector engagement patterns and cross-border activity trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Produce executive-ready intelligence reports.
• Deliver quarterly commercial intelligence reports for leadership.
