Job summary

Salla is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join its data organization in Jeddah. This senior individual contributor will partner with leadership to identify and solve high-impact company-level problems, specify vague requirements, and lead analytical work that moves top-line and bottom-line metrics.

You will tech-lead other analysts across multiple domains and product lines. You will own development of key metrics, ensure data quality, and mentor junior team members while influencing the roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify company-level problems with leadership to drive top-line and bottom-line impact.
• Lead strategic initiatives across domains and products with measurable business impact.
• Own end-to-end data products and questions at the data organization level.
