Job summary

SDG Arabia is seeking a senior delivery leader to oversee large-scale strategy and analytics programs across multiple clients in the Saudi market. You will lead governance, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage relationships with senior executives to ensure delivery excellence in line with Vision 2030.

The role requires strong experience in business strategy, data analytics delivery, and portfolio governance, with preference for candidates familiar with KSA or GCC markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large programs or portfolios in consulting or enterprise settings.
• Strong background in business strategy and data analytics delivery.
• Proven governance, portfolio management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• PMP, PgMP or Prince2 certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in KSA or GCC markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale strategy and analytics programs across multiple clients and industries.
• Define and manage program governance, ensuring alignment with client priorities and SDG Arabia standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Data Analytics, EPM, and Digital Transformation.
• Monitor and report program performance, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Coach and mentor project managers, strengthening delivery leadership in KSA.
