Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements and user stories with stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements and support digital initiatives.
• Collect and interpret data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with business, sales, and technical teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support planning, testing, and progress tracking throughout projects.
