You will read technical drawings, measure and cut metal, and assemble ducts while following safety protocols. The role requires physical fitness and the ability to work in workshop or on-site environments, with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Graduation or TESDA / vocational course related to HVAC, welding, or sheet metal
• Experience in duct fabrication is an advantage
• Reading technical drawings / duct layout
• Measuring and cutting sheet metal
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Willing to work in workshop or site environment
• Knowledge in safety procedures (PPE use)
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble air ducts and HVAC components
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal materials
• Read and follow technical drawings and specifications
• Operate fabrication tools and machines safely
• Perform installation of duct systems if required
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain tools and ensure clean working area
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures
• Assist in loading/unloading materials when needed
