Job summary

A client in the metal industry is seeking a Sales Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or Aluminum sectors. Candidates must be fluent in English and have a valid KSA driving license. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and understanding the customer base. This position is open to candidates from Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, or Palestine, with immediate joiners preferred.

  • Experience in HVAC/Duct or Aluminum industry.

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Thorough knowledge of the current and potential customer base.
  • Accurately maintain customer records within the sales team.
  • Adhere to the responsibilities and performance standards necessary to utilize and develop sales skills to achieve optimal results.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services with compelling arguments to current and potential customers.
  • Analyze the cost-benefit and needs of current/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and results within the timeline.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Skills

  • Fluent English speaker is essential.
  • HVAC & Duct industry knowledge for Duct Candidates / Aluminum Industry knowledge for Aluminum candidate.
  • Familiar with the market region.
  • KSA driving license & Car is mandatory.
  • Has experience in Saudi Arabia at least 4 Years.
