Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, testing and commissioning of high voltage products at customer sites and Hitachi Energy projects in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires hands-on work with GIS, switchgear and related equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with project management requirements. You will coordinate with the tools management team, lead subcontractors, prepare site reports and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high voltage products, electrical equipment, switchgears, protection and control.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing and commissioning at customer sites for HV products.
• Coordinate with tools management and ensure correct use of HV test equipment.
• Lead contractors or sub-contractors during job execution and coordinate with customers and back-office support.
• Prepare site reports, activity plans and time sheets for PM and client review.
