Job summary

Cordoba Eye Trading Co in Riyadh is seeking an HR professional to oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records within a growing tiles company. The role requires a solid grounding in Saudi labor laws and HR best practices, with hands-on experience in HRIS and reporting.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, issue official letters, and help ensure compliant, timely HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices (Government Platforms).
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring attendance, leaves, and punctuality records.
• Coordinating with the Finance Department for salary disbursement.
• Analyzing appraisal results and linking them to promotions, bonuses, or development plans.
• Experience in handling recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
