Job summary

Confidential Government in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced HR Transformation Project Lead to drive end-to-end HR initiatives from planning to delivery.

The role requires coordinating across HR, Finance, IT, and external partners, managing risks, timelines, and governance to ensure successful outcomes and scalable process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR transformation, project management, consulting, or strategic HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of HR projects and transformation initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with HR functions, business stakeholders, Finance, IT, Procurement, and external consultants/vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and regular status updates for senior management.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously and ensure alignment between interconnected projects.
• Support the implementation of HR systems, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead HR process improvement and standardization initiatives across the organization.
