Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of professional HR experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and coordination with recruitment agencies and outsourcing offices.
  • Hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and related regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Odoo.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong decision-making and people-management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding operational environment.
  • Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume workforce environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and government relations.
  • Lead and develop the HR team by assigning responsibilities, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with organizational requirements and Saudi regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and relevant regulatory requirements and government platforms.
  • Develop and monitor workforce plans and identify current and future workforce and competency requirements.
  • Manage recruitment activities and coordinate with external recruitment offices and agencies when required.
  • Review and approve employment contracts and employee-related policies and procedures.
  • Manage salary, incentive, compensation, and benefits processes.
  • Supervise employee dues, settlements, and end-of-service procedures.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through the end of the contractual relationship.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Address employee concerns and workplace issues in accordance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Prepare and monitor HR KPIs, reports, and periodic workforce analyses for senior management.
  • Support operational and strategic business objectives through effective HR planning and management.
