Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage Hub Store relationships by providing guidance, conducting quality discussions, and ensuring operational compliance.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions.
• Partner with On-The-Road (OTR) Safety and Station Managers to ensure safety compliance and Last Mile process implementation.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance performance and customer experience.
