Qualifications

• Experience in HSE, occupational health and safety, or facilities management.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain HSE records and documentation.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a facilities management environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor workplace HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace and facility safety inspections.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Promote safe working practices across facilities management operations.
• Support risk assessments and workplace safety activities.
• Monitor appropriate use of personal protective equipment where required.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and inspection documentation.
• Support incident reporting and investigation processes.
• Conduct safety awareness activities and communicate HSE requirements to employees.
• Coordinate with facility management and operational teams on safety matters.
• Support continuous improvement of workplace safety standards.
