Job summary

Flip retail seeks an experienced HSE Manager in Mecca, Saudi Arabia to lead all activities related to Health, Safety and Environment, including emergency response actions and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong expertise in HSE systems, management of safety programs, and proven leadership in industrial safety and process safety at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably Chemistry or Mechanical.
• OSHA or similar safety certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of overall job experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to Health, Safety, and Environment across sites.
• Develop and implement safety, health and environmental management plans, policies and programs.
• Oversee safety systems (SMS, EMS, EPO) and ensure compliance with regulations.
