Dar Al Riyadh Group seeks a senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs for building construction projects.

You will develop comprehensive HSE plans, manage risk assessments, and supervise training and incident investigations to foster a strong safety culture across sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HSE management experience in building construction.
  • Professional certifications related to HSE are highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to influence and drive a positive safety culture.
  • Proficiency in using HSE software and tools.

  • Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance safety.
  • Maintain records of HSE activities, incident reports, and training.
  • Generate reports for project stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HSE management within building construction projects.
  • Professional certifications related to HSE are highly desirable.
