Job summary

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HSE Inspector to join the team.

You will conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, run toolbox talks, monitor contractors, ensure PPE availability, and support the HSE Manager in implementing policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure HSE compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors’ compliance with HSE requirements.
• Ensure proper use and availability of PPE and safety equipment.
• Prepare HSE inspection reports and track corrective actions.
• Provide HSE guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
• Assist the HSE Manager in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and programs.
• Participate in HSE and project meetings.
