Client of CS & Clarks in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HSE leader to oversee the company's health, safety, and environmental strategies. The role requires ensuring ISO standards compliance, driving a strong HSE culture, and coordinating training and audits across operations.

The successful candidate will lead risk assessments with management and floor staff and will develop the Integrated Management System IMS to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the large construction-related products sector.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the HSE strategy ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Cultivate and maintain a culture that upholds high standards of HSE compliance.
• Ensure adequate training for staff in health and safety requirements and best practices.
• Maintain and execute the internal audit schedule in accordance with company policy.
• Facilitate HSE risk assessments involving line management and factory floor employees.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System IMS.
