Job summary

Undisclosed Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join the HR team remotely from Egypt. You will manage SAP and SAP SuccessFactors, configure HR processes, and support HR users across global locations.

The role requires a 3+ year track record in HRIS, strong reporting and data management skills, and the ability to implement workflows, roles, and forms. A bachelor’s degree and hands-on SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS / HR Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and SAP SuccessFactors is a MUST.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing HR processes within SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Experience in setting up workflows, approval processes, business rules, forms, and system configurations.
• Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and system access.
• Experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and employee data management.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR users.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration.
