Job summary

Leap29 in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR & Workforce Operations Specialist to support contractor and employee workforce across the Kingdom, handling onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Work with the Country Manager to ensure compliance, maintain records, and respond to employee inquiries in a fast-paced environment; Saudization applies, and the role is based in Al-Khobar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or workforce management.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi employment processes and government platforms.
• Excellent Excel, Word, Outlook for reporting and documentation.
• Fluent Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Based in Al-Khobar and able to comply with Saudization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Collect and verify onboarding documents.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare HR letters, forms, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Support processes through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other platforms.
• Track Iqama, work permit, passport, contract, and insurance expiry dates.
• Coordinate medical examinations and medical insurance.
• Respond to employee enquiries and support employee-relations matters.
• Collect and verify timesheets and payroll information.
• Follow up with employees, clients, internal teams, and service providers.
• Maintain employee, payroll, and operational trackers.
• Assist the Country Manager with reports, meetings, follow-ups, and task management.
• Escalate additional HR or operational duties as required.
