Job summary

Leap29, a UK-based global recruitment partner, is expanding its Workforce Management team in Saudi Arabia. The HR & Workforce Operations Specialist will manage onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and day-to-day workforce administration for employees and contractors across the Kingdom.

Based in Al-Khobar, you will work closely with the Country Manager to ensure compliant, efficient processes and high service standards in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Saudization: Saudi nationals only.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–5 years in HR operations, admin, or workforce management.
• Basic knowledge of Saudi employment processes and government platforms.
• Proficient MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook; good reporting skills.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Role based in Al-Khobar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Collect and verify onboarding documents.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR letters, forms, and contracts.
• Support processes via Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and related platforms.
• Track Iqama, work permit, passport, contract, and insurance expiry dates.
• Coordinate medical exams and medical insurance.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support employee-relations matters.
• Collect and verify timesheets and payroll information.
• Follow up with employees, clients, internal teams, and service providers.
• Maintain employee, payroll, and operational trackers.
• Assist the Country Manager with reports, meetings, and task management.
• Take on additional HR/operations duties as needed.
