Job summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Assistant Manager to support a 6-month transformation engagement within the sports industry. The role will focus on strengthening HR governance, organizational design, workforce planning, HR systems and people processes while supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and operational frameworks.

The position requires leadership in HR governance, capability development, and enterprise-wide HR initiatives, with English and Arabic

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Human Resources, with proven experience in HR transformation, workforce planning, or people consulting.
• Experience within the sports industry, preferably football clubs.
• Strong understanding of HR frameworks, including HR policies and procedures, competency frameworks, job evaluation, job titling and grading, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Develop HR strategies, roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, workforce analysis, and management reporting.
