Job summary

The Arab Lens is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to shape its people strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and build a high‑performance culture aligned with its strategic ambitions.

The CHRO will lead talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, workforce planning, HR transformation, and act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic desirable.

The Role
