Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is seeking an HR Supervisor to support daily HR operations within the hotel, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff relations, training coordination, payroll support, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience in Human Resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll support.
• Manage performance reviews, staff relations, and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and hotel policies.
