Job summary

InterContinental 62s Group plc is seeking an HR professional to support daily HR operations in a confidential and compliant manner. You will manage employee records, assist with onboarding, and help with contracts, attendance, and HR reporting.

The role also involves supporting recruitment processes, organizing engagement activities, and coordinating training programs while maintaining discretion and professionalism across all HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new colleagues and ensure a seamless induction experience.
• Assist with employment contracts, letters, employee documentation, and HR correspondence.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist in organizing colleague engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee events.
• Coordinate training programs and support talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.
• Provide administrative support for payroll, benefits, and employee relations activities.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
