Leylaty Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee a broad range of HR functions. You will implement HR policies, support employees and management, coordinate recruitment, payroll, contracts, and performance initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
The role requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and cross-department collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and oversee a wide range of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, provide support to employees and management, and contribute to maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, from manpower requests through onboarding.
Monitor employee contracts, renewals, and related employment procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee compliance with company policies.
Coordinate employee payroll data, benefits, and related HR information with the relevant departments.
Follow up on employee insurance, government-related services, and other employee benefits.
Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and monitor HR reports and key workforce-related metrics.
Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements and HR needs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Provide HR guidance and support to employees, supervisors, and management.
Supervise the HR team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance and deliverables.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Support management in HR-related initiatives, projects, and organizational requirements.
Perform other HR-related duties as required by business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably with supervisory experience.
Good knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different departments.
