Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience with leadership exposure.
• Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment KPIs and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the recruitment team and distribute vacancies and activities.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Review and approve candidate shortlists and ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, and Quality of Hire.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.
• Manage relationships with platforms, agencies, and external channels.
• Coach recruiters and monitor team performance.
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience and ATS data accuracy.

Recruitment Supervisor – Job Description

Job Purpose:

Supervise and manage recruitment activities to ensure timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates in line with business requirements and workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the recruitment team and distribute vacancies and recruitment activities.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Review and approve candidate shortlists and ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and dashboards to management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Manage relationships with recruitment platforms, agencies, and external sourcing channels.
• Identify recruitment challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
• Coach and develop recruiters and monitor team performance.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with supervisory/team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Experience managing recruitment KPIs and reports.
• Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional HR/recruitment certification is preferred.
