Premium Medical Solutions Company (PRE-MED) is seeking an HR Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, contracts, and payroll data while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations. The role covers government platform transactions and medical insurance administration, with onboarding, recruitment support, and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Practical experience using government platforms related to HR and employee affairs.
• Experience managing and administering employee medical insurance.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to prepare reports and correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR activities in line with policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records with complete documents.
• Manage employee contracts, renewals, and related updates.
• Monitor attendance, working hours, leaves, absences, and late arrivals.
• Handle onboarding, joining procedures, and termination processes.
• Prepare employment letters, certificates, forms, and HR documents.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview coordination.
• Coordinate and implement onboarding activities.
• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Assist with training and development activities.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and workforce data.
• Assist in preparing payroll data, allowances, and benefits data with accuracy before approval.
• Manage government platform transactions, permits, licenses, and records.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and medical insurance data.
