Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Implement day-to-day HR operations in compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and compile employee data into various reports to meet internal and statutory requirements.
• Act as a project or event coordinator and provide logistical support for HR projects and events.
• Provide HR services to employees and follow up on their needs to ensure effective support.
• Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Assist in preparing HR documents to support the effective functioning of the HR department.
• Draft memos and e-mails to ensure clear communication with concerned parties.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and analyze data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Good English language proficiency.
