Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking an HRMS implementation specialist to drive configuration, customization, and upgrades across the HRMS environment in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and effective collaboration with Payroll, Accounting, and Projects teams.

The incumbent will deliver reports and HRMS documentation, share knowledge within the team, and support HRMS upgrades and new module functionality while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HRMS including but not limited to researching of resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results and process flows; performs scheduled activities of alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
• Conduct Root cause analysis, Troubleshooting, Problem-solving and Decision making in HRMS related issues.
• Supports HRMS system upgrades and new module functionality implementation.
• Effective technical documentation (investigation reports/design documents).
• Following all processes defined in the project including system administration.
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)
• Collaborate with HC Department; plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the Human Resource organization, functions and annual goals.
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the team and companywide.
• Encouraging team members for training for the benefit of the system functioning.
• Delivery of required reports and HRMS documents.
• Performs all tasks and job functions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
