Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking an HRMS implementation specialist to drive software deployment and configuration across the organization. You will work with Payroll, Accounting and Projects teams to tailor HRMS to business needs and ensure accurate, auditable employee data.

The role requires hands-on configuration, data validation, and ongoing user support to maintain streamlined HR processes and compliance. On-site role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with close collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing HRMS systems.
• Strong data accuracy and auditing skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and payroll integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in developing HRMS software.
• Assist in reviewing HRMS data for 100% accuracy.
• Follow all project processes including system administration.
• Ensure data integrity of employee and organization information through audits.
• Collaborate with HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects).
• Update employee information and documents in HRMS (avoid Excel uploads).
• Provide user access details to employees for HRMS login.
• Maintain internal workflow mapping for all employees.
• Prepare reports and dashboards from HRMS.
• Handle HRMS queries from employees.

The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in developing HRMS software
• Assist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy
• Following all processes defined in the project including system administration
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits
• Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)
• Update of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side
• Provide the user details to all employees for HRMS access
• Ensures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly
• Report preparation
• Handles queries related to HRMS for employees
