We are seeking a highly organized and hands‑on HR & Admin Officer to support the daily people and administrative operations of our Saudi User Experience (UX) Center in Riyadh.
This role is a standalone HR & Administration position for a compact team, requiring the incumbent to independently manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration. The ideal candidate is execution‑oriented, detail‑focused, and well‑versed in Saudi labor law, government platforms, and employee services, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people‑friendly operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for UX Center staff, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, probation tracking, and employee data updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Handle employee services such as employment letters, certificates, attendance records, leave tracking, HR inquiries, and internal announcements
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and internal HR procedures
- Prepare and coordinate HR reports, headcount tracking, and manpower data for management review
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the Riyadh UX Center, addressing employee questions, concerns, and basic grievance handling in a timely and professional manner
2. Government Relations & Compliance
- Independently manage all visa and Iqama-related processes, including issuance, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, and cancellation
- Liaise with and operate Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and Mudad
- Monitor and maintain tracking of visa, Iqama, contract, and document expiries, ensuring timely renewals and compliance
- Support audits or inspections related to labor compliance when required
3. Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the UX Center office
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and facility-related needs
- Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and basic welfare initiatives
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, functional, and aligned with company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in HR and administrative roles in Riyadh
- Proven experience managing Saudi labor compliance, visas, and government portals independently
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working as the sole HR & Admin support for a small team
