Accor in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a multicultural team, assign tasks, inspect rooms and public areas, and coordinate with Front Office to maintain timely room availability.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while upholding hotel policies and brand standards.

Formación

• Previous experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or senior Housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a multicultural team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and related team members.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared according to procedures and timeframes.
• Assign daily tasks and room allocations to housekeeping team members.
• Monitor room status and coordinate with Front Office for timely room availability.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and housekeeping issues professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance, damages, and lost & found items.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and control of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor linen and amenity stock levels and report shortages.
• Train and coach team members to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
• Comply with hotel safety, hygiene, health, and security procedures.
• Support daily reports, inventory and operational follow-up.

Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. You will lead and support the housekeeping team, monitor room and public area standards, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel and brand standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared according to established procedures and within the required timeframes.
• Assign daily tasks and room allocations to housekeeping team members.
• Monitor room status and coordinate closely with Front Office to ensure timely room availability.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and housekeeping-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues, damages, and lost and found items.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and control of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping supplies.
• Monitor linen and amenity stock levels and report shortages to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
