• Coordinate daily activities with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document discrepancies with Front Desk and resolve issues.
• Distribute room assignments and track Do Not Disturb rooms.
• Complete housekeeping paperwork and safety procedures.
• Provide guests with courteous service and maintain professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Enter and retrieve work data on computers.
