Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the housekeeping or related professional area.
• OR
• 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry operations as applicable.
• Direct staff to ensure guestrooms and public spaces are clean and well maintained.
• Perform inspections and hold employees accountable for corrective action.
• Coordinate with Front Desk to communicate room status promptly.
• Manage inventories, supplies, and budget adherence.
• Lead scheduling, staff training, and performance recognition.
• Foster exceptional guest service and respond to complaints.
