Job summary

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the highest cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards across the hotel. This leadership role offers growth within a world-class hospitality brand in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of housekeeping procedures in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet Hyatt brand standards.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
• Support colleague training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor housekeeping inventories, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
