Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Design Director to lead the creative interior design agenda for its hospitality portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will define narratives, material strategies and signature elements for each hotel tier, guiding visuals, mock-ups and design freezes across all asset levels.

You will mentor teams, oversee consultants, and ensure alignment with Operator standards, governance and ESG/Vision 2030 priorities while delivering emotionally

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in interior design with a strong hospitality focus
• Senior creative leadership experience in design studios or developers
• Proven track record delivering luxury hospitality assets and FF&E strategies
• Experience working with international hotel operators and brand standards
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design definition for hotel concepts from development brief to approved design direction
• Articulate design proposals through narratives, visuals and presentations for governance and investment stages
• Define interior design principles, material strategies and signature elements for each hotel tier
• Oversee consultant briefing, scope, FF&E requirements and governance approvals
• Oversee visualization, CGI strategy and design communication
• Lead design teams, manage appointment scopes and ensure quality alignment
• Guide design management, milestones reviews and design submissions for progression
• Coordinate across disciplines to embed experiential intent in layouts and guest journeys
• Oversee FF&E strategies, procurement integration and mock-up programs
• Provide governance to ensure design intent is maintained through delivery
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement of design processes and standards
