The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture/Design with 12+ years in design leadership, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in design leadership roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact design projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is advantageous.
• Ability to think creatively with strong attention to detail.
