Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a security role, preferably in hospitality, is an asset.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of guest and public areas, back-of-house, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted zones.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Coordinate with CCTV operators and security control room.
• Assist guests and colleagues with security-related matters while staying courteous.
• Complete required security checklists and follow hotel procedures.
