Job summary

RemoteConnect, a luxury hotel in Riyadh, is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to develop sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent negotiation skills, and knowledge of the local market.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, preparing reports, and attending industry events to promote the hotel. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, along with at least 3 years of applicable experience.

This role is ideal for candidates fluent in English, with Arabic skills as an added benefit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales preferably in Riyadh or the Middle East region.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets/goals.

We are a luxury hotel in Riyadh seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of driving revenue and increasing occupancy rates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
• Identify and target potential clients including corporate accounts, travel agencies and event planners
• Build relationships with current and potential clients to secure repeat business
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to network and promote the hotel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales preferably in Riyadh or the Middle East region
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets/goals
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed

Salary: $1700/month

Location: Riyadh

Nationality Preference: Nepali but open to all nationalities
