Job summary

The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking a strategic Hotel Operations Leader responsible for front office, recreation, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering. You will collaborate with department heads to implement brand strategies, maximize revenue, and ensure owner relations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, develop property-wide strategies, and lead teams to deliver exceptional service while maintaining financial performance and equity for the brand.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 4-year degree with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
• OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Manages profitability by driving guest satisfaction and brand-aligned service excellence.
• Monitors and analyzes hotel operations against budget and drives corrective actions.
• Guides operations team to execute brand strategy and departmental goals.
• Oversees guest experience, addresses feedback, and ensures service levels meet brand standards.
• Leads HR activities, ensures fair treatment, staff development, and performance management.
