Job summary

UCC Holding seeks a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead all commercial and quantity surveying activities for a luxury hotel mega project in Riyadh. You will oversee cost control, contract administration, procurement, and change management to safeguard financial performance.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in QS or related field with 15+ years’ experience on mega projects, strong FIDIC knowledge, and proven leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial and quantity surveying experience.
• Proven experience on mega hotel or high-value building projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost control, procurement, and claims management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Administer contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Manage procurement, tender evaluations, and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare and review client payment applications and subcontractor valuations.
• Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly commercial and cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies.
